Herstellung:
Ein Produkt doppelter Destillation, in Handarbeit nach althergebrachter Makedonischer Tradition destilliert. Während der zweiten Destillation werden verschiedene Kräuter hinzugegeben.
Beschreibung:
Tsipouro wird in zwei Typen hergestellt, mit Anis oder ohne Anis, wobei im zweiten Fall anstelle von Anis verschiedene Kräuter hinzugegeben werden. Die traditionelle makedonische Variante mit der Zugabe von Anis ist stärker und härter im Geschmack. Tsipouro wird pur oder mit Eis getrunken.
Produktvariation:
Anishaltig mit starkem, typisch makedonischen Geschmack (42% vol).
